What is a Meta agency ad account?

An agency ad account is a Meta advertising account provisioned through an authorized agency with a direct Meta partnership. Unlike self-serve accounts created through Business Manager, agency accounts start at the highest trust tier with no spending limits, faster ad reviews, and access to dedicated Meta support. How is AdsMaxi different from other providers?

Most providers are resellers who sub-let accounts from a larger agency’s Meta partnership. AdsMaxi is the direct source — your accounts come from our own Meta partnership with no intermediaries. This means better stability, faster support, and no chain of dependencies between you and Meta.

Do I lose control of my advertising?

No. Agency ad accounts are shared into your existing Business Manager. You manage all campaigns, creatives, audiences, budgets, and pixels yourself. AdsMaxi handles the infrastructure — account provisioning, billing, Meta relationship, and support.

What happens if my account gets banned?

Two things happen simultaneously. We provision a replacement account with your unspent budget transferred (typically same-day), and we escalate the ban directly with Meta’s review team. Most false-positive bans are overturned within 24–48 hours. Learn about our escalation support.

What verticals do you support?

We support most verticals that comply with Meta’s advertising policies, including regulated industries like insurance, financial services, real estate, legal, health and wellness, and e-commerce. We pre-approve your vertical with Meta during onboarding to minimize rejections.

How fast can I start running ads?

Most advertisers are fully onboarded and live within 48 hours of their qualification call. Account provisioning takes approximately 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Wire transfer, credit card, cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC), and prepaid top-up. Enterprise clients can also connect their own payment cards directly to their ad accounts.

Are there spend fees?

No. AdsMaxi charges a flat monthly fee with zero percentage of ad spend. Your fee stays the same whether you spend $10,000 or $500,000 in a month. View our pricing.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Enterprise plans are available with annual agreements at a discount.

What does “dedicated Meta representative” mean?

Every AdsMaxi plan includes a named person at Meta assigned to your account portfolio. This is an actual Meta employee who handles your account issues, policy questions, and escalations directly — not a chatbot or ticket system.

Can I get just escalation support without ad accounts?

No. Escalation support is part of our Meta partnership infrastructure. It’s available because your accounts are provisioned under our partnership, which gives us the escalation relationship with Meta.

How many ad accounts can I have?

Starter includes 1 account, Growth includes 3, Scale includes 10, and Enterprise includes unlimited accounts. All accounts come with the same infrastructure — dedicated Meta rep, escalation support, instant replacement, and compliance review.
